It is home to 22 provinces that belong to 4 regions respectively. With these provinces, come their cultures, that create the beautiful, cultural diversity of this island nation. Culture can be defined as the traditions, arts, and ways of life shared by a particular society. One thing to remember is that cultures are always changing, as time advances. Some of these changes are good and appreciated, but others bring the fear that cultures might get lost along the way. It only depends on the artist; if a guy splashes water on paper and calls it art, the its art. We cant choose what is art and what isn't . It all is in the hands of the artist . You can do so to by practice. You must have heard the phrase "Practice makes a man better " so , just practice, you will get good , trust me: it just takes time. Its like a long term investment which you can learn and  one day maybe an artist yourself.
