The one way to describe art is , its in everything . It only depends on the artist; if a guy splashes water on paper and calls it art, the its art. We cant choose what is art and what isn't . It all is in the hands of the artist . You can do so to by practice. You must have heard the phrase "Practice makes a man better " so , just practice, you will get good , trust me: it just takes time. Its like a long term investment which you can learn and  one day maybe an artist yourself.

If you want to learn some art you can go on YouTube and start with simple drawings like an elephant for example. And one more thing if you are not so interested in normal pencil paper art you can try digital art it is nothing like paper art as you have an UNDO button , you can put any color and can also make 3d art. This just blew my mind when i first found out about digital art and so will yours if you have interest in it . I recommend these apps for digital art.

1) procreate ( iOS or apple products) you need an apple pencil for better drawing experience  

2) ibis paint(android) you can use any stylus for better drawing experience.
